A delightful stay near the heart

Our arrival felt special thanks to Harry's warm welcome at the front desk. The room was immaculate with a cozy corner sofa for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, it was conveniently located to walk to major sites, far from the bustling crowds.

The elevator was quite small and could be a challenge, especially if you're on a higher floor with heavy luggage. Breakfast is served next door, which may come as a surprise for those expecting it in-house.

The concierge was helpful with restaurant recommendations.

I was caught off guard by the hotel entrance noise. it made for an unsettling stay. despite the high price for the location, the hotel felt more like a shared building rather than a proper hotel. The access system with keycards was confusing and I felt uneasy about getting a potential traffic fine due to the restricted area right outside the front.

Chur, the room was stylish and comfy, but the shower was small as. Would've preferred more room in that area. Location was heaps good for exploring!

The elevator felt cramped and slow!!! A more spacious bathroom and better coffee supply would enhance the experience!!! It's frustrating when the keycard access system seems clunky and only one charging port is available!!!

We had an awesome time staying here! The shared lounge area was perfect for hanging out after a long day. The location is spot on, making it easy to walk to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. the staff were super helpful—we could message them via WhatsApp for anything we needed. Highly recommend checking out nearby cafes for breakfast as well!

The only downside was the small and slow elevator, which could be frustrating, especially with luggage. This might not be a huge deal for everyone, but it was a bit inconvenient for us.
